Matt Moore

Co-founder

Operator across construction and AI. Matt has consulted for a roofing and restoration company on business development and business processes, and built the AI tools that support it: estimating engines for roofs, siding, gutters, and repairs, and a reconciliation engine that finds completed work that never made it onto the bill. Both run on live jobs.

Before Trailpoint he held several sales and operations leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for the Americas at a publicly traded enterprise AI and conversational intelligence platform, and more recently GM over the Americas for a voice AI and compliance platform. He has spent years watching where enterprise AI earns its keep and where it gets shelved.

His method is the same on every job: turn a messy operation into a mapped one, then put AI only where it pays.

Matt Atkins

Co-founder

Builds the complex work himself. Atkins is a software developer and architect who founded a healthcare software company in 2020 and built its core product: a web application that queues after-hours patient calls for triage nurses, runs each one through evidence-based protocols, and tags it for reporting. Small practices and a hospital system have put roughly 180,000 triage calls through it.

When a Trailpoint engagement needs a custom app or integration, Atkins writes it. You get software made for your business rather than a template from an outside dev shop, and the capability stays with people who understand it.
