The founders

Co-founder
Operator across construction and AI. Helps run business development and estimating in GEC, a roofing and restoration company we consult for, and builds the AI tools that support it: estimating engines and an insurance-supplement engine now used on live jobs. He turns a messy operation into a mapped one, then puts AI only where it pays.
Co-founder
Builds the complex work himself. When an engagement needs a custom app or integration, Atkins writes it, so you get software made for your business rather than a template from an outside dev shop. Your capability stays with people who understand it.
Why we exist
AI is moving faster than most businesses can follow. The headlines are loud, the tools are endless, and it's hard to tell what's genuinely useful from what's just noise. Too many companies either freeze — or sprint in the wrong direction.
We started Trailpoint to fix that for the businesses we know best: builders and trades. With the right outfitting and an honest guide, any business can reach the frontier — and thrive there.
