Gopher AI Inc, doing business as Trailpoint (“we,” “us”), is an AI consultancy. This page covers the trailpoint.ai website and the forms on it. It is not legal advice. If something here is wrong or incomplete for your situation, email us.

Who this applies to

People who visit the site, fill out a form, or email us. We work with business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms, plus a little technical data needed to run the site.

You provide

• Contact and company details: name, work email, phone, company, segment (for example contractor, builder, or property manager), and any message or notes you include.
• Product forms: the homepage contact form, the mini-audit, Trailmap signup, AI Opportunity Audit booking, and the guided intake. Those forms may also include answers about how your business runs (tools, workflows, hours, money figures you choose to share).

Collected automatically

• Cloudflare (our host) may log standard request data such as IP address, browser, and timestamps to operate and protect the site.
• Cloudflare Turnstile on some forms, to tell people from bots. That check happens with Cloudflare; we receive a pass/fail token, not a profile of you.

We do not run a separate advertising pixel or third-party analytics suite on this site. Social icons in the header and footer are ordinary links to our profiles. We do not embed those networks’ tracking pixels here.

How we use it

• Reply to you and deliver the thing you asked for (a conversation, a mini-audit result, a Trailmap, an audit).
• Keep a record of leads and engagements so we can follow up as humans, not with an automated drip.
• Run, secure, and debug the website.

We do not sell your information. We do not share private data or personal information with anyone for their own use without your explicit consent. We do not use form answers to train public AI models.

Where it goes

Form submissions are emailed to info@trailpoint.ai (Google Workspace) using Amazon SES. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Those providers process data so we can operate. They are not a license for us to shop your information around.

If we hire a contractor to help on your work, they only see what they need for that job, under our direction.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people from serious harm.

Text messaging

Trailpoint business phone numbers can send and receive text messages. If you text a Trailpoint number, or give a Trailpoint team member your mobile number and ask to be contacted by text, we use your number only to carry on that conversation with you. Messages are one-to-one with a member of our team; we do not send marketing or bulk messages.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from a Trailpoint number, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

How long we keep it

Lead and client records stay as long as we need them to do the work and keep ordinary business records, then we delete or archive them. Server logs are kept only as long as Cloudflare’s defaults and our need to run the site. You can ask us to delete your form data; see below.

Cookies and similar tools

Turnstile may set a cookie or similar storage so the bot check works. Cloudflare may use cookies for security. We do not use cookies to advertise to you across other sites.

Your choices

Email info@trailpoint.ai to ask what we have, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will say if we cannot (for example a record we must keep for tax or a live contract). You can also stop using the site and not submit forms.

If you are in a place with extra privacy rights (for example the EEA, UK, or certain U.S. states), those rights still apply to the extent the law says they do. Contact us and we will work through the request in plain terms.

Security

We take all reasonable measures to keep your information safe. Forms go over HTTPS. No method is perfect. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets through these forms — we do not ask for them here.

Changes

If we change this page in a material way, we will update the date at the top. Keep using the site after that date means you are looking at the current version.
