Text messaging terms
Terms for texting a Trailpoint team member at the business number they gave you. Conversational messages only.
How it works
Trailpoint team members share their business numbers on printed material and in their email signatures. Text the number you were given and your message goes to that person; their reply comes back from the same number.
What to expect
By texting a Trailpoint number you agree to receive conversational SMS messages (customer care and account notifications) from Gopher AI Inc, doing business as Trailpoint. Messages are one-to-one with the team member you texted; we do not send marketing or bulk messages. Message frequency varies by conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
If you gave a team member your number in person or on a call and asked to be texted, the first message you receive will be a short confirmation of the above. Reply STOP if you did not intend to opt in.
